When you log on, you can check your account balance, conduct transactions, research funds, and use financial planning tools. If you haven't registered for online access, you'll need your Plan number (092024).

You'll need your personal identification number (PIN) to use the VOICE® automated system. If you do not have a PIN, call the same number and speak with a Vanguard® Participant Services Associate.

- Call and speak with a Vanguard® Participant Services Associate. When you call Participant Services, you can get answers to your questions or help with transactions Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, or 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific time.
