- Find out if your doctor is in the Anthem Network of providers; visit Anthem's website at www.anthem.com
- Select "Find A Doctor"
- Under "What are you looking for?" select the applicable category that applies to your search
- Narrow your search by name, specialty, and location
- Select "Advanced Search" to enter the alpha prefix "BZM" for the Retiree Network Only Plan or "BTK" for Retiree Medicare Complement Plan under the "Your Insurance" section
Delta Dental
- Find out if your dentist is in the Delta Network of providers; visit Delta's website at www.deltadentaloh.com
- Select "Enrollees" on the left hand side of the page
- Under "Enrollees," select "Find a Provider"
- Select "Delta Dental"
- Select "Delta Dental PPO" or "Delta Dental Premier"
